Better Beta

Golden Gate Wall

Crag · California

A long traverse wall that goes underneath highway 24. It is a retaining wall with large stones mortared together with large enough gaps on the edges to make for some interesting handholds. There are also a handful of expansion joints that can be led with gear or top roped to practice crack climbing. This area has been climbed for at least 50 years and acted like a climbing gym for locals before climbing gyms existed.

Better Beta is in TestFlight and internal testing. It holds the map, every topo and your send log, works at the crag with no signal, and syncs when you're back. Leave your email and we'll send an invite.
