The River Boulder is the first boulder you encounter at Treasury. It has many good climbs mostly in the easy-moderate range with some tougher climbs around V8 as well. Entropy and Baby Elephant are classics. It's an easy quick stop on your way to another climbing area, or to start your day before venturing into the talus! From the parking, take the trail on the north side of the road, After a couple minutes you will cross a large log over a creek, turn right as soon as you are able to head north into the forest again. Before you break into the talus field you'll see the River Boulder down below the trail on your right side.
