A classic Leavenworth warmup spot! Machine Gun Boulder has several climbs V0-3 and a flat landing, making it a great stopover on the way to your proj or a fun boulder to try if you are newer to climbing. Lesser known climbs up the hill offer additional easy climbing and are just a minute's walk from Machine Gun. Parking is 8.7 miles from Icicle Junction, or 0.2 miles past the turnoff to Bridge Creek camping. The boulder is visible on the uphill side of the road.
